 Good Advise for Today
Sir John Templeton recently died at 95. He was recognized as one on the best investors ever. He was one of the first to invest abroad when he started Templeton Growth Funds in 1954.  His strategy for buying and selling stocks can easily be converted to real estate. Here are two timely pieces of advise from Sir John Templeton.
"The best time to invest is when you have money. This is because history suggests it is not timing the markets that matters, it is the time."
"To buy when others are despondently selling and to sell when others are avidly buying requires the greatest fortitude and pays the greatest ultimate rewards."
